UTZON MUSIC SERIES
Ironwood have a special affinity for music from the classical period so their interpretation of Mozart’s String Quartet K428, the third of his set dedicated to Haydn, is most exciting. A quartet by the ‘Spanish Mozart’, Juan Crisóstomo Arriaga is not to be missed. A new piece by Australian composer Kevin March displays perfectly the breadth and accomplishment of the ensemble.
