Recording with Fiona Campbell and David Walker for new label 'Vexations'

Ironwood are currently in the process of recording a new album for a brand new label called Vexations. The CD will include some gorgeous duets and arias by Handel, Monteverdi, Steffani, and Cavilli, including many excerpts from l'Ormindo which Fiona and David and many members of Ironwood performed last year with Pinchgut Opera.
Yesterday was our first day of recording and the project got off to a beautiful start much to the delight of our fabulous producer Lyle Chan. Fiona Campbell and David Walker are in fine voice, and yesterdays Ormindo duets sounded amazing. Today we are on to something completely different! Handel arias! to be continued......
